Hummus

Ingredients
1 can ChickPeas1/4 cup sesame seeds (1 can from spice aisle)2 cloves garlic3 TBSP Lemon Juice2 TBSP Dried parsley1/4 tsp cayenne Pepper1/4 tsp black pepper
Directions
Drain the can of chickpeas into your blender or food processor. add the sesame seeds. add the garlic. process this until the sesame seeds are all ground up.

Add the chickpeas and lemon juice. Run the processor until they all ground up.

Add the parsley, cayenne, and black pepper and process until they are mixed in.

Serving Size: Makes about 10 servings at 2 TBSPs each.
