1 can each (approx. 1.5 cups per can), UNDRAINED of: black-eyed peas, black beans, whole kernel corn, crushed tomatoes, and kidney beans.1 TBSP dehydrated onion flakes1 7 oz. jar of chili sauce1 packet of chili seasoning1/2 cup fat free Italian dressing
Don't drain anything. Dump everything in slow cooker and stir. Cook on low at least 4 hours, but longer is fine.
