Slow cooker pot roast

Ingredients
2 lb tri tip beef roast, fat trimmed1 can Campbell's Cream of Mushroom soup0.5 pkt (1 oz) dry onion soup mix.625 cup water
Directions
In crock pot, combine soup, soup mix, and water. Add roast, and coat with soup mixture. Cook on Low for 4-5 hours
