Cranberry Drops

Ingredients
1/2 cup cranberries1/4 cup shortening10 1/2 Tbsps flour6 Tbsps walnuts2 1/2 Tbsps granulated sugar2 1/2 Tbsps brown sugar1 1/2 Tbsps egg beaters1 Tbsp orange juice1/2 tsp baking powder1/4 tsp nutmeg
Directions
Preheat oven to 375.
Combine flour, sugars, baking powder, and nutmeg.
Beat in egg beaters, shortening, and orange juice.
Add cranberries and walnuts. Mix well.
Roll into 1-inch balls.
Place 2 inches apart on ungreased baking sheet.
Bake 10 minutes, until lightly browned.

Serving Size: Makes 25 cookies; serving size = 1 cookie
