Ingredients
Swiss Chard (red or green)medium size onionchopped carrotschopped celerysliced raw beets and chopped beet greensfresh Kale leaves1 can of stewed tomatoeschopped garlic (about 3 cloves)to taste:Mrs. DashBlack pepperCayanne pepperFennel seed
Directions
Chop all ingredients, add water to cover greens. Simmer for about an hour. Adjust seasoning to taste.
Puree ingredients before serving or reheating. Cayanne pepper gives a nice kick.
