Hamburger Stew

Ingredients
1 lb lean ground beef2 med. potato's diced1 14oz fat free chicken broth1 7oz can mushrooms, drained1 packet beefy onion dry soup mix1 14.5 Italian stewed tomatos1 6oz can tomato paste1 15.25 can corn3 garlic cloves, minced1/2 med onion, diced2 cups frozen peas & carrots3 +/- cups water (desired thickness)3 tbsp Italian seasoning
Directions
Brown hamburger meat in in skillet until done. In a large pot add the remaining ingredients; when hamburger is done add to stew. This will make about 8 1-cup servings.
