Italian sausage and veggies rustica

Ingredients
1 lb. Italian sausage2 bell peppers, sliced1 onion, sliced1 8 oz. package sliced mushrooms1 jar of Bertolli Arrabbiata spicy tomato sauce (or your favorite tomato sauce)1 box whole wheat pastaDiced garlic to taste
Directions
* Slice Italian into bite-sized pieces and sauté in pan over medium heat until cooked through.
* While sausage is cooking, prepare pasta according to package directions.
* Remove sausages from pan and transfer to paper-towel lined plate to drain.
* Sauté peppers, onion, mushrooms and diced garlic until tender crisp in the sausage fat.
* Add sausage and veggies to cooked pasta.
* Add in pasta sauce and stir thoroughly to coat.

Serving Size: 8 servings of approximately 1.5 cups each
