Pumpkin Blender Waffles

Ingredients
2 cup rolled oats1 cup pumpkin puree2 cups water1 teaspoon vanilla extract1 teaspoon cinnamon 2 teaspoons sugar1/2 teaspoon baking powder
Directions
Combine all ingredients in blender. Blend until smooth.

Pour batter into waffle iron.

These can also be make into pancakes - no substitutions!

    These would have probably been really good execpt they only got a little crusty on the outside and the inside stayed too moist and uncooked. Maybe they would cook better as pancakes. - 5/24/08
