Ginger Spinach Sole with mushrooms

Ingredients
4 fillet of sole or 2 pounds4 ounces mushroom of choice1 cup fresh spinach1" knob of ginger peeled and chopped2 t garlic minced1 T vegatable oil2 T water.5 t salt.25 t fresh ground pepper
Directions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Rinse fish and pat dry. Arrange fillets on a rimmed baking pan. Fillets can overlap slightly. Whirl spinach, ginger, garlic, oil, salt, pepper and water in a bullet or blender until smooth. Spread paste evenly over fish and bake until fish is opaque, about 15 minutes. Serve hot.
