Vegetable or Canola Oil - 2 TbspGarlic - 1-2 clovesCarrot - 1 cup, dicedBrown Rice, Cooked - 2 cupsEdamame - Frozen shelled - 2/3 cupLow Sodium Soy Sauce - 1/4 cupSesame Oil - 1 Tbsp
Directions
Sauté garlic and carrots in Vegetable Oil until soft, approx. 5 minutes. Add rice, edamame, soy sauce and sesame oil. Stir until coated. Enjoy!!!
