Crab Cakes with Fiber One Breadcrumbs!

Ingredients
Fiber One Cereal, original, 1 cup (1 serving) (remove)Egg whites, Naturegg Simply Egg Whites, 1/4 cup = 2 egg whites, 0.25 cup (remove)Kraft Mayo w/ Olive Oil, reduced fat mayonaise, 1 tbsp (remove)*Seasoning (MrsDash) Fiesta Lime (1/4tsp), 2 tsp (remove)Onions, raw, 1 medium (2-1/2" dia) (remove)Lemon, fresh squeezed, juice of one whole lemon, 0.5 serving (remove)Garlic powder, 3 tbsp (remove)Salt, 1 tbsp (remove)Pepper, black, 1 tbsp (remove)Onions, raw, 1 medium (2-1/2" dia) (remove)Garlic powder, 2 tbsp (remove)*Crab Meat, Fancy White (BumbleBee) (1 can = 4 oz, ~1/2 cup), 4 serving (remove)
Directions
Make breadcrumbs with 1 cup fiber one cereal and seasoning to taste.
Whisk egg white and fold in crab, breadcrumbs, mayo and seasoning.
Form small balls coat in breadcrumbs and put on baking sheet, pat down to flatten
Bake at 375 for 15 minutes then flip over and continue baking for another 10 minutes or until golden brown
