PB & J Breakfaast Bowl

Ingredients
1/3 C Quick Oatmeal1 C water1 individual Silhouette yogurt, any flavour1/2 C blackberries1 T crunchy peanut butter1 T Raspberry flavour, no sugar added, coffee syrup1 T ground flax seed
Directions
Combine oatmeal and water in an oversize deep soup or serving bowl (oatmeal will boil up during cooking). Microwave on high for 2.25 minutes.
Stir in yogurt berries and syrup.
Stir all ingredients together.
Sprinkle flax seed over top and stir through lightly.
