*cereal : oat flakes (thick cut) 1/3c (30g)/serving, 18 serving (remove)Almonds, 0.5 cup, whole (remove)*Cashew - Raw (~1oz, 1/4 cup, or 28g), 2 oz (remove)*pecan halves, raw, 0.5 cup (remove)*snack, Raw Pumpkin Seed kernels 1/4 cup, 2 serving (remove)*Sesame Seeds, 0.5 cup (remove)*Sunflower Seed, Raw, Unsalted-11g=1 T., 44 gram (remove)*Natural Grocers Raw Walnut Pieces - serving 1/4 C, 0.5 cup (remove)Almonds, 0.5 cup, whole (remove)*Almond oil, 4 tbsp (remove)Maple Syrup, .33 cup (remove)Cinnamon, ground, 2 tsp (remove)Cardamom, ground, 0.5 tbsp (remove)Raisins, 1 cup (not packed) (remove)Apricots, dried, 1 cup, halves (remove)
Directions
combine oats and nuts/seeds (about 4 cups in total) add oil and syrup a bit at a time and mix well. add spices a bit at a time and mix well
spread on 2 cookie sheets and bake at 350 for 12 minutes; stir and back another 12 minutes
add fruit
