Talapia with Broccoli Mushroom Penne

Ingredients
Broccoli, fresh 2 bunchesMushrooms, fresh 1 cup slicedExtra Virgin Olive Oil, 2 TbspLemon juice, 2 tbspFeta Cheese, 2oz crumbledSea salt 1/4 tspCrushed Red Pepper, 1 tspCracked Black Pepper, 1/4 tspTalapia 4-4 oz filetsSesame oil, brush or spray filetsMrs Dash, Lemon Pepper, sprinkle on filets and coatPasta, DreamField Penne, 188 grams, 1/2 box
Directions
Place 4 - 4oz Talapia Filets in Oil less fryer top shelf, (or in frying pan) cook 12 minutes if fresh, 18 if frozen, spray with sesame oil and sprinkle with Mrs dash Lemon Pepper. Prepare Penne according to package. Heat oil in non-stick skillet over medium heat, saute' garlic and mushrooms 5 minutes add lemon juice and broccoli saute' additional 7 minutes add pasta and toss, add Feta cheese, salt, pepper and red pepper flakes, remove from heat and toss, place in large bowl, cut Talapia in 2 inch pieces and place on top and serve immediately.
