Ingredients
1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 1 tsp Cinnamon, ground 1 oz Almond Breeze Almond Milk, Unsweetened Vanilla .5 cup Raspberries 2 serving Trader Joe's Rolled Oats (Gluten Free) .5 oz Walnuts 1 cup Kefir - Lifeway lowfat plain (by ABBIEB3)
Directions
Whisk milk and egg, whisk in cinnamon, oats, nuts and berries. Microwave 2.5 minutes for soft, 3 minutes for firm consistency. Can be cooled and eaten like a muffin but the berries a gooey! Top with Kefir.
