Lentils and Brown Rice

Ingredients
1 Cup Primo Lentils, drained1 Cup Brown Rice3 Cups beef broth3 cloves garlic, minced1 tsp Curry powder2 Tsp Ginger root1/2 Cup onion, choppedLemon Juice to taste
Directions
Cook onion to soften in 1 tbsp virgin olive oil. Add 3 Cups of beef broth, and lentils, drained. Cook for 1 min. Add Rice, garlic, ginger curry powder and cook until Rice is soft. Add Lemon Juice to taste.
Serving Size = approx 1/3 of recipe or 1 Cup
