3 C. whole wheat flour1 tsp. baking soda2 tsp. baking powder2 tsp. cinnamon1 C. milk1/4 C. canola oil1/2 C. apple juice concentrate (thawed)1 C. applesauce
Preheat oven to 350F.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the dry ingredients. Then add wet ingredients and stir until mixed together.
Drop batter by heaping tablespoonfuls onto parchment covered baking sheets. Bake 12 min. or until just golden brown. Cool 5 min.
