Smoked Salmon Pasta with Capers

1/4 C. EVOO (I used meyers lemon infused)1 large shallot2 -3 large cloves of garlic1 1/2 C. fat free yogurt6 spears lightly steam asparagus1 1/2 C. sliced golden cherry tomatoes1/3 C. white wine3 T. (heaping) capers (drained)1 pound smoked salmon, cut into small pieces1 pound thin spaghetti, cooked al dente and drained1/3 C parmesan cheese finely grated
In large skillet, heat EVOO over medium heat. Add shallot and minced garlic and saute until translucent (not browned). In a small bowl mix yogurt and wine until thin and totally mixed. Stir into the skillet and blend together over low heat. Add thinly sliced asparagus, halved cherry tomatoes and capers. Continue cooking for 10 minutes (covered) stirring often. After the pasta is done and drained into return to pot over low heat. Toss in smoked salmon and veggie sauce, tossing lightly to blend through. Move into a warm serving plate and cover with parmesan.
