Breakfast BLT Sandwich

Ingredients
1 Thomas' English Muffin, multigrain (100 calorie) or 2 slices light bread2 slices center cut bacon, cooked1 large egg (cook with cooking spray)1 Tbsp low fat mayonnaisetomato slices (2 thin slices)lettucesalt & pepper to taste
Directions
Cook bacon in non-stick skillet. Wipe skillet and spray with cooking spray and cook egg. Toast english muffin. Assemble sandwich by placing 1/2 tbsp of mayo on each side of the muffin and layering with tomato, lettuce, egg and bacon. Enjoy.
