Canned Chicken, 2 cans (5 oz each)Onion (1 small chopped or flakes)Peas, canned, 1 canCarrots, cooked, 1 can*Low Fat Cream of Mushroom Soup, 1 canSweetpotato, canned, 1 canButter, unsalted, 1 pat 10" skillet
In a 10" skilled, heat onion and canned chicken, 5 min. Add Peas and Carrots (or other cans of vegetables) and Cream of Mushroom soup (NO WATER) (20 min). Covered stirring occasionally.
While that is cooking, heat canned sweet potatoes in the microwave for 4 minutes, and mash or put in processor.
Reduce heat (Low) Add scoops of sweet potatoes to the skillet, DO NOT MIX, recover, cook for 5-7 minutes or until desired heat.
Serving Size: 1 10"skillet is enough for 2 adults and 2 kids
