Peanut Sauce

Ingredients
3 T sugar3 T cooking sherry3 T soy sauce3 T water2 teaspoons malt/rice or white wine vinegar1/3 cup creamy natural peanut butter
Directions
Put all ingredients in saucepan and cook for 1 min. until sugar dissolves. Whisk in peanut butter. Let cool and serve!
