Ingredients
1/4 C uncooked old fashioned rolled oats 1/3 C skim milk 1/4 C low-fat Greek yogurt 1/4 t. almond extract 1 t. honey, optional (or substitute sweetener) 1/4 C diced peaches
Directions
In a container, combine all ingredients. Place a lid on the container and refrigerate overnight. Eat as is.
