Salmon soup

Ingredients
-Pink salmon 120 gr-Phildelphia 1/3 less fat 28 gr - 1 oz-potato raw , 1 small-fresh chives 30 gr-Maggi Vegetable Cube 4 gr-Olive oil 1 tsp-salt-pepper-
Directions
Cook the salmon and potato cubes in a little water.
Add and dissolve the philadelphia
Salt and gradually add the broth.
After 15 minutes add the chives and pepper.
Is to be served hot
