My favorite omelet

Ingredients
green pepper, 1/4 cup, choppedonion, 1/4 cup choppedegg substitute, 1/4 cup1 slice of lowfat American cheese
Directions
Put raw, chopped vegetables in microwave container, cook 1 minute. Add egg substitute, cook 2 minutes, top with cheese slice, let sit until cheese melts.
