Oven Fried Italian Chicken Breasts

Ingredients
2 Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts1 T EVOO1 tsp salt1 tsp pepper0.5 c Italian Bread Crumbs
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 350 F.
2. Combine bread crumbs, salt, and pepper in shallow dish.
3. Slice chicken breasts in half.
4. Coat each chicken breast with EVOO (each side needs to be covered evenly)
5. Coat the chicken breasts with the bread crumb mixture.
6. Bake for about 40 minutes.
