Overnight Apple Oatmeal

Ingredients
2 c. skim milk1/4 c. brown sugar or 2 Tbsp. honey1/2 tsp. cinnamon1 c. dry rolled oats2 apples, peeled, cored, and chopped1/2 c. dried cranberries1/4 c. walnuts, chopped
Directions
1. Spray inside of slow cooker with non-fat cooking spray.
2. Combine all ingredients in slow cooker.
3. Cover and cook overnigh, ideally 6-8 hours.

This actually serves 3-4, but my husband and I devour the whole thing, so I made it 2 servings for my own calculations.
