Hot Italian Sausage- 16 oz Red Onion Raw .5 cup Carrot, 5 Green or sweet peppers, raw, 2 cup baby portabello mushrooms, 16 oz Cabbage, fresh, .5 head, large Tomato products, Hunts Diced Tomatoes w/ Basil, Garlic, and Oregano, 3.5 cupsBroth, beef: Kitchen Basics, Unsalted, Beef Flavor Cooking Stock, 3 cup/serv
Directions
Remove sausage from casing and cook up. Add remaining ingredients and simmer till soft.
