15 Minute Freeze Ahead Breakfast Pizza

2 Pre-made 12 inch pizza crusts8 large eggs16 slices of bacon1 1/3 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1) Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
2) Lay bacon in a single layer on baking sheets lined with foil. Bake for 30 minutes or until desired doneness.
3) Chop bacon.
4) Scramble all of the eggs over medium heat.
5) Assemble the pizzas on a pizza pan (or large baking sheet) with crust, then eggs, then bacon, and topping with cheese.
6) Bake in 400 degree oven for 10 minutes.
7) Allow to cool, then slice each pizza into 4 pieces.
8) Flash freeze slices and then cover in plastic wrap. Place in labelled freezer bags.
9) To serve, heat 1 slice in the microwave for 1 minute.
