Homemade Lasagne

Ingredients
Laura's Leen Beef 4% fat, 4 oz Prego Spaghetti Sauce, approx 2 cupsMozzarella Cheese, part skim milk, 4 oz Cottage Cheese, Nonfat, 1 cup Egg, fresh, 1 large *Kraft Reduced Fat Parmesan Cheese (grated), 3 tsp *Pasta, Lasagna Noodles, 9 oz
Directions
Boil lasagne noodles, drain and set aside.
In a skillet, brown the ground beef then add the spaghetti sauce, allow to simmer on low.
Mix egg, cottage cheese and parmesan in a bowl and set aside.

In a pyrex dish, coat with non-stick spray. Then begin layering: first a layer of noodles, then spead in spaghetti sauce and ground beef, then another layer of noodles, then spread in the cottage cheese mixture followed by another layer of noodles. Top with remaining spaghetti sauce and Mozzarella cheese. Cover with foil then bake at 350 for approx. 45 minutes.
