Gooseberries, 450 grams Milk, 1%, 190 grams Flour, whole grain, 100 grams Egg, fresh, 3 small Brown Sugar, 10 grams Butter, salted, 25 grams *Splenda tfor baking, 8 tsp
I boil the milk with butter
I mix the eggs with splenda and then I add the milk/butter mixture
I butter the cake mould and put a bit a flour on
I put the berries and cover them with the mixture
I put all this into an oven of 180°C for 55 min
