Crumbly Beef Curry

Ingredients
1 Tbsp oil2 cloves garlic, minced1 large nub ginger, minced1 lb ground beef1 bell pepper1 c celery4 tsp curry powder4 tsp soy sauce4 tsp Worcestershire saucesalt & pepper
Directions
Saute garlic & ginger in pan, add ground beef, brown. Drain excess fat. Add vegetables, sauté until soft. Add spices. Serve over rice
