Cheddar Creamed Corn

Ingredients
2 pkg. (one 16 oz. and one 12 oz.)I pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese, cubed3/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese1/4 cup butter, melted1/4 cup heavy whipping cream1/2 tsp. salt1/4 tsp. pepper
Directions
In a 3 or 4 qt. slow cooker, combine all ingredients. Cook, covered, on low 3 to 3 1/2 hours or until cheese is melted and corn is tender. Stir just before serving.
