2 Slices of Sara-Lee 45 Cal whole wheat Bread2 egg whites1 Tsp Vanilla Extract1 Tsp Ground Cinnamon1/4 Cup Cottage Cheese 2%1/3 Ounce chopped Walnuts1 Cup frozen unsweetened blueberries1/4 Cup Walden Farms Pancake Syrup
Pre-heat a skillet to medium heat (then spray with non-stick cooking spay).
Beat together egg whites, vanilla, and cinnamon.
Dip bread into egg mixture (coat font and back of each piece of bread with the egg mixture).
Place coated bred into a pre heated skillet.
Cook until browned (approx 1-2 min)
Flip and cook until other side is browned.
Remove from heat.
cut into bite sized pieces.
Top with frozen blueberries.
Top with syrup.
Top with cottage cheese.
Top with walnuts.
Enjoy.
