1/3 Cup brown rice1/2 13.66 ounce can of light coconut milk2/3 Cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk2 Scoops vanilla whey protein powder (About Time/SDC Nutrition's Birthday Cake flavor)1/2 Teaspoon Cinnamon3 Packets Truvia/Stevia
Place all of the ingredients, except for the protein powder, in a slow cooker. Cook on high for 1 hour, stirring occasionally. Once the majority of the liquid has been absorbed, the brown rice is ready. Just before serving, add in the whey protein powder. Serve with some additional cinnamon and stevia sprinkled on top as garnish!
