Italian Beef

Ingredients
2 lbs boneless stewing beef cubes375 ml pepper rings in juices1 packet good seasons Italian dressing mix1 jar hot or mild giardiniera, oil drained.
Directions
Just combine all ingredients together in crock pot and set on low 6-8 hours. Shred beef and return to juices (drain a bit of juice if too much...add a bit of beef broth during cooking if too little). Serve on bun, over rice or noodles or just eat from a bowl if low carb lifestyle.
