Ingredients
20 oz. Butterball Honey Roasted Turkey Breast400 grams Red Potatoes (about 4 medium)3 tbsp. Extra Virgin Olive Oil2 tbsp. Honey1/4 tsp. black pepper1 tsp. parsley flakes
Directions
1. Clean red potatoes and cut into bite-size chunks
2. Place Turkey Breast and potatoes into a 2 quart baking dish
3. Mix olive oil, honey, pepper & parsley in a small bowl.
4. Baste Turkey Breast & potatoes with olive oil mix
5. Cover and bake for 30 minutes.
6. Remove cover and bake another 10-15 minutes or until cooked through

    Pretty good recipe! My 5 year old liked it because it had just a hint of sweetness from the honey. The only thing we'd do different next time is actually marinate the turkey breast in the olive oil/honey mixture to combat some of the dryness of the cooked turkey. - 9/1/09
