Chicken Enchilada Soup

Ingredients
Chicken breast 2-3Tomato Sauce 4 ozPetite diced tomatoes 14.5 ozcan corncan black beans1 tsp cumin1/2 tsp oreganoonionchicken brothcan of chipotle peppers in adobe sauce
Directions
boil chicken, in a skillet fry an onion in oil. Add the tomato sauce, chicken broth, and chipotle peppers. In crock pot put the beans, corn, oregano, cumin, and diced tomatoes. Shred the chicken and add to crock pot. Also, add the skillet mixture. Cook for 2 hours or until you are ready to eat. Serve with sour cream, cheddar or mozzerella cheese and tortilla chips.
