Jacket Potatoe with cajun chicken breast

Ingredients
2 medium sized baking potatoes2 medium sized chicken breastscajun spicecolslaw or baked beans to put on the potatoes
Directions
clean the potatoes, prick all over with a skewer or fork. place in pre-heated oven at 200 degs for an hour or until the skins are crispy.

place the chicken breast on a plate and sprinkle cajun spice on both sides (or marrinade in cajun sauce) then either grill for 15 mins, turning often or as I would do, place on a George Forman grill for 5 mins.

When the potatoes are cooked, they should be soft or fluffy on the inside. Add either baked beans or colslaw on top.
