Leamanach chicken chili (dried beans)

Ingredients
1 LB dried roman beans (or bean of your choice)Water-----------------------------------------------9 oz baked chicken breast meat, diced1.5 C tomatoes, diced, canned, low sodium w/their liquid1.5 C tomatoes, diced, canned, w.chilies w/their liquid1 lg cubanelle pepper, diced2 sm. onions, diced2 C chicken broth2 TBSP chili powder2 tsp cumin2 pkt Sazon culantro y achiote
Directions
1) In the morning, place beans in crock and soak beans 8 hours covered by at least 2 inches of water.
2) Turn on crockpot and cook on high for 3-6 hours or set to low overnight.

1) Drain liquid from beans and place back in the crockpot.
2) Add everything else to the beans, stir and heat on low 8-10 hours.
