Healthy freezer breakfast burritos

Ingredients
6 eggs6 eggwhites12 wheat tortillas.5 cup green bell pepper.5 cup red bell pepper.5 cup onion.5 cup reduced fat cheddar cheeseham steak chopped1/4 cup skim milk
Directions
mix eggs and milk in bowl and set aside, saute vegetables until tender, then add chopped ham. Turn down the heat and add eggs. You can add cheese now or add to each individual burrito. Once eggs are done you can assemble burritos and wrap and freeze.
