Spicy Salsa

-3 Fresh tomatoes-1 Small onion (I always use red onion)-3 Medium (fresh) jalapeños-Fresh squeezed lemon juice-5 Cloves of fresh garlic-Parsley (I use quite a bit)
1. Wash/scrub all veggies
2. Cut veggies into smaller chunks. Toss the tomatoes, jalapeños, and onion into food processor.
3. Roll the lemon on the counter top (loosens up the flesh of the lemon) and cut in half. Squeeze all the juice from one half into food processor.
4. Cut garlic and parsley into smaller chunks and throw in.
5. Slowly chop until everything is blended fairly well while still maintaining some chunkiness.
