Lemony Shrimp & Broccoli

Ingredients
2lb raw shrimp (size 26-30), peeled & deveined3 bunches fresh broccoli, cut into small floretsJuice of 2 whole lemons (zest of one)1 tsp garlic1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil3 tbsp unsalted butter13.5oz box whole grain linguinicrushed red pepper
Directions
Cook linguini per package instructions. In a large skillet over medium-high heat, heat 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil. Add garlic & broccoli; saute 3-5 minutes. Add shrimp & crushed red pepper, lemon juice, lemon zest, & butter. Toss & continue cooking for 2-3 more minutes or until shrimp is cooked just cooked through. Serve over linguini & sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
