cabbage hash

Ingredients
2 cups green cabbage1/2 cup green onions1 yukon gold potatoe cut into small cubes3 T olive oil2 t black pepper1 t crushed red pepper3 t sea salt1 t lemon juice
Directions
place 2T olive in skillet and bring heat to med-low. Add onion, potatoes and half the seasonings. Place chopped cabbage on top of potatoes, drizzle 1T olive oil over cabbage and cover. Cook at med heat for 20 mins and reduce heat to low for 10 minutes. Serve hot
