Trader Cornie's Nonfat Sugar-free Sipping Chocolate

Sift into a bowl: 1/3 cup nonfat instant dry milk1 Tbs dark cocoa2 tsp Splenda 1/4 tsp cinnamon--can add heaping amount1 pinch saltStir well. Directions for bulk:2 cups nonfat instant dry milk6 Tbs dark cocoa1/4 cup Splenda 2 to 4 tsp cinnamon 1tsp salt Mix using sifter, making sure to stir well. Store in airtight container. Use 3 Tbs for a small cup or scant 1/2 cup for a mug full of hot cocoa.
Boil a cup (6 oz) of water in microwave or on top of stove.
Add mix to bottom of cup. Fill half full with water. Stir well. Fill with rest of water and stir again. Serve.
