Ground bison stuffed peppers

Ingredients
1 lb grass-fed ground bisonsalsa (I used about 9 oz, but will use less next time)3 bell peppers, cut in half length-wise
Directions
-Wash peppers and cut in half length-wise, remove seeds
-Mix ground bison and salsa in a bowl, salt and pepper to taste
-Fill each pepper with the ground bison mixture
-Bake at 375F for about 45 minutes
