dieter's 7-layer dip

Ingredients
2 cans of fat-free refried beans2 large avocados (sliced)1 small container fat-free sour cream1 package taco seasoninghead of romaine lettuceone large slicing tomatofinely grated cheese (any kind)jalapenos optional
Directions
1. spread beans on the bottom
2.next layer is sour cream (premixed in a separate bowl with the taco seasoning)
3. romaine lettuce chopped sprinkled on top
4. place chopped or sliced avocados and tomatoes on top (and jalapenos if you prefer)
5.sprinkling cheese is optional
6. dip with baked tortilla chips! or spread inside a whole wheat tortilla for a snack!
This dip will easily service 10-15 people. Grab a large bowl or pan and dump it in-easy!

    Very good. A favorite of mine in the higher fat version and I like this just as much. I forget about the Jalepenos because of Barrett's esophagus, but I subbed black olives instead. Love, love, love it. - 12/29/09
