Cocoa Dusted Almonds

Ingredients
*1 pound raw almonds*Cooking spray*8 Stevia packets*1/4 tsp. sea salt*2 tsp. cornstarch*1/4 cup cocoa powderOther items needed:Cookie sheet, parchment paper, 2 large spoons, large bowl, small bowl and small zip bags or containers.
Directions
1) Pour the almonds into the large bowl. Spray lightly with cooking spray. Stir with the large spoons, spray again and toss with the spoons. Almonds should be lightly but thoroughly coated.
2) In small bowl, mix the cocoa, cornstarch, stevia and salt.
3) Pour the dry ingredients into the oiled almonds. Using two large spoons, toss the almonds and cocoa mixture until all of the almonds are well-coated.
4) Pour onto parchment lined cookie sheet. Bake at 250 degrees F for about 25 minutes, stirring once or twice. Remove from oven and let cool.
5) When thoroughly cooled, divide into 1 ounce portions.
