Shake, Dr. Turner's Anti-aging Power Shake

Ingredients
1 scoop (1/4 cup) whey protein powder2 tablespoons chia seeds, or ground chia seeds1/2 cup unsweetened unflavored almond milk1/2 cup fresh or frozen blueberries1/2 cup fresh or frozen mango or apricots1/2 teaspoon cinnamon1/4 cup water(a few ice cubes)
Directions
In blender, combine all ingredients except ice cubes. Divide recipe in half. Save 1/2 in a jar in the refrigerator for later. Blend a few ice cubes into the portion you are going to drink.

Serving Size: Divide recipe in half to make 2 servings.
