My Hearty Lasagna Soup

Ingredients
Ingredients:Ground beef, 8 oz Garlic, 1 clove Beef broth, bouillon, consomme, 2 cup water, 2 cups*rotel original diced tomatoe & green chilies, 1 cup *Emerils Italian Seasoning, 0.5 tspGreat Value Whole Wheat Rotini, 1 cup "Great Value" Cheese, Fiesta Blend (1/3 cup), 1 serving Onions, raw, 0.5 cup, chopped
Directions
1. Cook beef with garlic and onions in skillet until browned. Pour off fat.
2. Add broth (after reconstituting), water, rotel tomatoes and Italian seasoning. Heat to a boil.
3. Stir in pasta. Cook over medium heat 10 min. or until pasta is done. Stir in cheese. Serve with additional cheese if desired.
