2/3 cup Rolled Oats(measure then grind into flour)1/4 cup baking mix2 tbsp. whole flax seed (measure then grind)1 tsp. baking powder1/8 tsp. sea salt1 tsp. cinnamon1/8 tsp. mace1/8 tsp. nutmeg1/8 tsp. ground cloves2 egg1 cup milk4 tsp. brown sugar2 tsp. grape seed oil
Combine all dry ingredients in bowl. Set aside. Mix all wet ingredients into separate bowl and add to dry mix. Stir 2 to 3 minutes to mix well. Measure 1/4 cup batter onto oiled waffle iron. Bake waffle for 5 minutes. For crispier waffle, bake 6 minutes.
